| This beauty arrived in the mail this morning and I wasted no time in digging into it. The Wisdom of the Golden Path oracle is created by Toni Carmin Salerno and illustrated by Yuehui Tang. Published by Blue Angel Publishing this deck is of course the high quality that I have come to know and love from Blue Angel. The box is sturdy and well illustrated, with gilt lettering on the front. The 76 page guidebook is the perfect size, and each card has a page dedicated to it, with a picture information and a positive affirmation. But what about the cards you ask? These oracle cards have a very distinct Asian flair, and are some of the most lushly illustrated cards I have owned. There is just enough gloss to make the cards shuffle well but not be too slippery. |  |
These cards are perfect for those who are familiar with or live by an Eastern spiritual philosophy. I have fallen in love with the photo realistic look to this deck, and look forward to working with it. I plan to use it for daily guidance, and so of course I had to draw a card for today. I pulled a card called Jade Mountain.
 | This card is so pretty and feminine! I love the happiness and peace that radiates from the figure on the card. I was delighted to learn that this card is all about embracing how far you have come and having delight in the beauty around you, even when that beauty may be hard to see. I find this especially fitting because you see, today if my wedding anniversary. My husband and I have been together for almost 8 years now, married for six. At the beginning of our relationship we were both newly divorced and dealing with all the crap that goes along with that. Then we lost our house in Hurricane Irene and had that drama to deal with . So we have dealt with more in the first few years of our marriage then some people deal with in their entire time together |
