OMG! A Lisa Frank Tarot? ( With FREE Deck Download)

If you are anything like me, you knew you were only cool in school if you had Lisa Frank stuff. And even if you didn't grow up in the 90s there is a really good chance that you know who Lisa Frank is. Her trademark hot pinks, purples, teal, lime greens and yellow are unmistakable.

Lisa Frank started her company when she was in college, and grew to a bona-fide empire. Originally all artwork was created by hand, now computers take over a large part of the work.  Using rainbow leopards, golden retrievers, cats, pandas, unicorns and more these works were on EVERYTHING! I remember having a Trapper Keeper, backpack, pencils and notebooks in grade school - making me the envy of several of my friends. But there was so much more - including stickers, buttons, clothes, toys and now.... TAROT!
This amazing deck is created by artist Ariel Hart (www.arielhart.com) and is really well thought out. My four year old LOVES these cards, and I have no problem letting her pretend to give readings with them since the imagery is gentle. Some of our favorite cards are The Emperor (a panda in overalls), Hermit (rainbow leopard holding a lantern), The Hanged Man (an adorable koala hanging upside down in a tree) and Death. Yep, I LOVE the death card. Here in this deck it is a white bunny riding on a unicorn. Awesome!

There are two small downsides to this deck. First it is only the major arcana (so only 22 cards) and second is that you have to print them out yourself. I suggest either gluing them to card stock, or printing them on thicker paper and laminating them. Either option works well as it is likely that you won't be doing regular readings with them. Here is a glimpse of the cards:
