This watercolor painting is of my black and white tuxedo cat Ebony who we adopted from an animal rescue shelter. This kitten is fascinated with running water so here she is perched on the edge of my bubble bath watching my red painted toes. She likes to dip her paws in the water and the soap bubbles. When I am done she splashes in the last two inches of draining water and then lies down for a nap in the warm cast iron tub.
