We are on Pinterest - What about YOU?

Sure Pinterest can seem like a major time sink - I know from personal experience just how easy it is to be lured in by all the crafts I think are awesome, but will never make, and all the recipes that look delicious but that I never get around to trying... But it is that allure that makes Pinterest one of your most valuable marketing tools. Here are just some of the reasons why your tarot business should be on Pinterest.

Pinterest is HUGE!

There are over 100 MILLION people poking through the boards on any given day - 100 MILLION! What could you do with even a fraction of those eyeballs noticing you and your business?

It lasts FOREVER

This is a long term solution for you - because pins never die! You know that old saying that once something is out on the internet it is there forever? This is especially true as people pin and repin images, articles, etc.. from your business. They take on a life of their own - which is a good thing!

People are more open to marketing

With Pinterest marketing doesn't seem aggressive and pushy, it is much more inviting for potential customers to see what you have to offer. 83% of pinners will follow their favorite store or brand. That's a lot of potential to be seen and shared!

Pinterest users are shoppers too!

Lots of people search Pinterest before making a purchase, comparing products, seeing them in use, etc.. 87% of people surveyed say they bought a product after seeing it on Pinterest.

If you build it they will come...

Having really great click worthy pins that link back to your site will draw them in. Maybe they won't shop the first time they visit, but I bet you dollars to doughnuts that they bookmark you to come back later.

Pinners tend to spend more

Lets say you have two customers, one from Pinterest and the other from Facebook. Both really great ways to drive sales, but people who come to your site from Pinterest tend to have an average order of $59 compared to the Facebook average of $55. Sure it is only $4, but lets say you get 100 new sales a week - really adds up, doesn't it?
